​Chloe has worked at Kidzgrove since 2017, is level three qualified and has predominantly worked with the 3-5's in the preschool room.  Chloe was promoted from assistant manager to manager in March 2021.
Chloe is the maths lead of the setting, ensuring that there are plenty of opportunities to learn maths day in and day out. 
Chloe also manages all of our social media so being our e-safety lead as well is perfect for us.
Chloe is the wellbeing lead of the setting, teaching staff and children different methods to deal with their feelings.
Chloe is also the outdoor support, helping the outdoor lead with their roles.
