​Laura has worked at Kidzgrove since 2012.
Laura is a leader of the baby and toddler unit, keeping these two as a unit has many benefits for the children and Laura has done a great job at running the 0-3 rooms. 
Laura is also the SENCO for the nursery so helps staff and parents with filling any necessary forms and making the correct steps to help any children with special educational needs. Laura has recently completed her level three SENCO course! 
Laura has also recently took on the role of the language lead in the setting, as a setting we teach the children different signs each month, Laura helps the staff to implement this.
